Rising Star Behavior Health supports the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) mission to support the choice of persons with disabilities and their families by promoting and providing, within communities, flexible, quality, member-driven services and supports. Rising Star is dedicated to providing persons living with disabilities a variety of useful services to enhance their success in the community. Our staff are well-trained in carrying out services to help patients with disabilities improve their social, personal, hygiene, and self-help skills that will allow them to live as independently as possible. Regardless of disabilities, our services are designed to increase the health, socialization, safety, and community integration skills of members.
